All real estate broker’s are welcome to “Register” to bid on behalf of their clients for this luxury Chautauqua Park Home and introduce them to our competitive property bidding process.

The sellers ask that real estate brokers and agents appreciate the "date-specific" timely nature of this property bidding sale, and you are encouraged to "pre-register" on behalf of your client(s) to participate in this process.

The seller has agreed to pay a 3% fee to licensed buyers’ brokers and agents.

Additionally, seller has agreed to increase commission from 3% to 4% if property goes under contract by September 15th and closes by October 31st, 2014.

This fee will be paid as is customary in a real estate transaction at closing and as reflected in the HUD settlement sheet and normal distribution of seller proceeds.

To be eligible for said fee, buyer’s brokers and real estate agents must:

  1. Be an active Real Estate Licensee in the state that the “subject property” is domiciled
  2. “Pre-register” their “qualified” buyer client(s) on this website prior to “Bidding”
  3. Assist their client(s) in understanding and participating in the property bidding process
  4. In the event that your client is awarded the sale as the “best bidder,” agent shall deliver an executed sales contract (correctly completed using state approved forms when applicable) comporting with the agreed upon terms within 5 days of the bid closing date along with the agreed upon Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) check
  5. The real estate transaction must close
  6. Brokers and agents are not eligible for the "registration incentive" unless they are a principal to the transaction
